When you empty your bowels, you feel more relaxed, your tongue is numb, your nipples tingle, it's difficult to speak.
She takes off the straightjacket, and asks you "Are you feeling better?"

Pretend that the medicine affected you a lot and say yes.

What do you do?

Task: On a chair, put on a t-shirt with belts and rope to simulate a straightjacket. Put a screen close to your eyes with a hypnotic pattern and relaxing music. Take a 1500ml warm water enema and endure 10 minutes. After 10 minutes put on a bucket under your ass, count to 3 end expel it. You can expel half of the enema in the bucket and half in the toilet because the second part will be really messy.
