He show you the egg, and you give him the crown in exchange fo safe passage and the egg. They can keep the gold and the tribe.

The shaman bows, and the entire tribe accepts your conditions.

After hours of travel, you finally arrive at the Green Mountains.
These majestic mountains rise like stone giants, their peaks reaching the clouds. Carved into the mountainside, you notice a cave with a dragon head carved in the stone. This place is filled with ancient power and magic.

You did it, the stone is close, very close, and your map starts to glow.
At this moment, you have a few options.

You can enter the cave with stealth.
Or... You have the egg, you can try to persuade the dragon to give you the stone.
Both options have their risks.
