You take the farmer asking him nicely, to lend you the horse.
The farmes is clearly intimidated, they know that the adventurers are strong and dangerous. He takes a look at your sharp sword inside the sheat and say.

"Ah, well, I don't want any trouble! You can borrow my horse, is in the back, the old Kraken is a fine horse, he's fast, intelligent, and knows the fields very well! But please, take it back when you finish your quest, I don't have money to buy another one!"

You interrogate him about local legends, like a stone or a magic artifact in the southwest of the farms.
He scratched his head and says...

"The stone, eh? Heard tales of that myself! They say that the rich people in the big farm southwest of here, become rich because of a secret in their barn, maybe a stone, no one knows! but they are VERY rich! but they are shady people they make deals with the horsemen gang."

You ride southwest, and after a few hours, you arrive at the big farm, it's a fortress of wealth and secrets. The stone is close.

You notice an underground entrance on a hill and the barn... but you already have the information, the secret is in the barn.
