The dense forest engulfs you as you leave the path, sunlight filtering through the canopy.

Hours pass, the woods growing darker and more oppressive. Suddenly, a low growl echoes, and a druid emerges, clad in a wolf’s head, and hides. He moves swiftly, he tries to disarm you, but you use your strength to push him, and you point your sword at him, ready to fight.

The druid steps back, his feral eyes piercing. "You trespass our sacred lands" he says. "Speak your purpose, or face the wild’s wrath."

You explain that you don't want to hurt him, and that you need to pass through these lands to reach the green mountains.

The druid says that you have to ask the spirit of the forest for its favor; he can't make such decisions. But he seems intimidated by your strength and sword.
